Ingredients:
Palak : 1 bunch (washed and finely chopped)
Paneer : Cubes 100 gms.
Onion : 1 small chopped finely
Chilli : 2 slitted.
Salt : to taste
Asafoetida : a pinch
Oil : 1tsp
Seasoning : 1tsp of mustard seeds,split dhall, few peppercorns.

Method:
*Heat
oil in a pan, add the seasoning with the pinch of asafoetida and when the
mustard splutters, add the chopped onion & salt.
*
Now add the palk leaves and close with a lid for 5 min.
*Now
add the paneer cubes to it and stir fry for 2 min. then add 1 tsp of coconut
